True, plus we dont know if hes lean or still swollen in the after pics. We can tell his lower third ascended massively at least

Giant didn’t want to give him jaw implants in his first surgery because it would’ve been too much, the last pic it’s safe to say he ended up getting jaw implants.

We dont know enough to understand why it wasnt a big change

+ he asked for a prettyboy/conservative implants so thats probably a major factor

and he clearly hasnt fully recovered from his surgeries yet considering he has the black lower eyelid thats very common in infra patients not long post op in all surgeons ram, pag etc

Its up to interpretation but he just asked for an implant that had a smaller volume and augmentation
