I‘m so sick of being ugly. Luckily i‘m elligible for Double Jaw Surgery due to my underbite (insurance will cover it). I wanna know how much you think i could ascend through surgery and orthodontics. I have given you 5 images showing my facial asymmetrie due to my misaligned Bite. I‘m already taking Fin and Minox for the hair so let‘s not focus on softmaxxes here. How far do you think Double Jaw Surgery and fixing my bite/teeth could Take me?

Your underbite is not even visible from the side. You have good forward growth. Bimax wouldnt change a thing in terms of the way you look. Even for functional reasons( to fix the bite ) i would do lefort 1 only

You clearly don't know how to evaluate forward growth or lower thirds.
