Fat grafting to infras is worth it if you want to waste your money (low fat survival) and have a non-zero chance of getting a stroke.
If you want undereye support get saddled infraorbital rim implants

Did you consult with a surgeon? Or where did you get this from? You dont need pexy you have like 6 degree PCT and talking about sum negative

for real, I was thinking of getting fat grafts all over the mid face area including infras and temples, but the doctor want me to bulk cuz I don't have enough fat should I just tell him I want implants, or those will look obvious I want to look better without getting caught for surgerymaxing

No surgeon has been consulted, My main focus is under eye. I was just wondering if Lateral Canthopexies+ Bilateral Ptosis Repair Surgery, would be worth it.
