I’d like to explore any possible ways to avoid bimax, if that’s an option. I have some ideas about what steps I might need to do interms of my upper midface prominence and lower face recession, but I’d really value your perspective on what should be done to achieve the best possible outcome.

I have a solid budget and intend to make the most of it. I’d appreciate your guidance please let me know your thoughts.

Thank you, yeah all of these are for sure in the works. I want to fix my structural issues first, I was wondering what you would reccomend.

was looking into infra implants. I've done my research and it's not risky but some people are telling me here it is

It's worth it for me cause I have an insane tear trough

orbital vector, zygote prominance and sligthly reccesed maxilla and mandible
maxilla isnt recessed and doing a lefort would result into a maxillary prognatism and look bad , zygo prominance prob w implant do ur research on material used and mandible recession isnt that severe including the fact that u have a rlly good chin I recommend doing the surgery that I said would make much more difference

I 100% plan to get those done thank you. This is my last chance and I have the time and money so I want to get the most that I can. I looked into infraorbital malar implants let me know

yes but among all the issue u have I dont rlly recommend focus on that
I could see you saying that from the photos I attached but believe me when I say any other lighting and the tear trough is brutal

yes but first cantho would fix the negative hoding , sclera show and nct , rhino the nose shape or u can look for way to widening your mouth to work both way and accutane would give u a nice skin and your are tan so would be good and leaning down too I recommend you doing those thing cuz foing all the surgery you talked abt is amost impossible and extremely dangerous like bimax(for the recession u tallked abt )+infra implant + zygo implant + rhino + cantho would increase like 8 time the risk of infection also getting an osteotomy + implant is rlly dangerous actually and it would need year of recovery

I’m open to committing a significant amount of time to this, but when you say it’s really dangerous, I’d like to understand exactly what you mean.

My current plan is to get infraorbital malar implants with pyriform augmentation in a single stage, then allow 3–6 months for recovery before doing canthoplasty and rhinoplasty together in a second stage the following year.

I also have a dermatology appointment in less than a week and I'm larping for Accutane. Right now I’m slightly below 14% body fat, and I expect to be closer to 10% within about a month, so I’m not neglecting the softmaxxing side of things.

My overall philosophy is that I’m in a unique position to make the most of my youth, and I want to take advantage of that. Let me know your thoughts.
