There shouldn't be any.
The more you train proper squinting, the more the muscles of your eye area are feelable and the more squinting becomes natural to you.
I mostly try to focus on my eyebrow muscles, plus tilting head very slightly downward.
This makes me look better I believe.

Exactly what I do, I keep my nelck straight but slightly tilt head down and squint as though I would when im smirking. Im just worried about long term wrinkles

I don't care about wrinkles after a decade. This is the only facial muscle pressuring I do, otherwise I try to be expressionless.
It improves eye area. It makes an ugly guy have a masculine killer look (which is far better than loser/harmless ugly).

Fair ig, and also I dont crows feet when I squiint or anything like that so I think im good. Whatever who cares ill just get botox if I need to. Mirin the username, One Love
