enviroment is created by genes and if its genes it lessens the dysgenic population

even if enviroment mattered it lessens the people in enviromentally bad areas

that wasnt my point im saying people are incentivised to not do things that are against the law leading to genetic inclinations shifting away

Yea makes sense, but an unforeseen negative consequence could be a more conformist and complacent population
