You already made a Thread asking people if you could ascend and then you make this post when there are already hundreds, if not thousands talking about this topic. Told you there and I will tell you again and for the last time, surgery only gets so far depending on your base, for example you might go from Ltn to Mtn, MTN to HTN, and so on

Why would you ask about specific cases? If then yes, it’s up to the person how far you are willing to go. And just like anything in life (ascending, success, etc) it’s something you have to figure out and do on your own. People here will only put you down and make you feel like shit.
