Has anybody here micro-dosed Psilocybin, or used it for reinforcing positive habits?

Title. I know little about it but I am intrigued by the acute increase in neuroplasticity it provides, which in theory (and literature), would enable you to reinforce good habits significantly when done alongside the use of psilocybin.

I am not interested in any anecdotes regarding recreational use unless there is some sort of relevance to my question, since I don't ever take anything, especially like this, for fun. So please only recounts pertaining to the question :)

I don't know, but would you need to trigger this receptor to induce such change regardless?
If so, how would anecdotes with micro-dosing improving QOL be so prevalent? :feelswat:

Can you elaborate as to what it's done for you?
the best way i can describe it is that I can finally look at myself naked (metaphorically).

I can see all the flaws within myself due to ego dissolution.

Most people lie to themselves and the biggest liar you will ever meet in your life is yourself.

Our ego protects us from seeing the flaws in yourself and if you don't recognise flaws, you don't improve.

I do think your personal life/experiences matter a ton here, i can finally focus on things i need to improve on and actually reach my goals.

From my observation, no one has the self restraint to microdose and just ends up doing the whole thing and doesnt get to study the results jfl

I found some capsules on DN, 150mg IIRC, that I would dose one/multiple of each day.
But obviously that is assuming I microdose as opposed to do it at a higher dose, less frequently.
Why do people take more? Because they're eager to note the effects sooner?

Both.

I'd recommend to start with 4aco DMT pills, use 20mg and see how you feel. Use more if needed.

Your setting matters a ton here.

The main improvement is from inducing neuroplasticity, your brain creates neural paths easier due to the "rewiring" effect psychs have.

Use the trip to learn and actually be productive, don't waste it on enjoying music.
