Has anybody made experience with hydrocortisone?

Saw a thread in botb about shrinking your nose with hydrocortisone and was thinking about buying some but not sure since some people said opp was exagerating. Anybody who has tried it?

used 0.5% for like 3 months i think it changed a bit(didnt know that u need 1% not 0.5) switched to 1% now for some weeks and yes it works but takes some weeks or 1-2 months
