I started using (after finding out about this site) a cleanser in the morning then spf lotion, cleanser before bed then nighttime formula lotion. I’ve been breaking out really bad ever since and I’m just wondering if it’s worth it. I’ve had bad skin forever big zits

No but I have gone from chronic bad mental health to even worse one, and YOU did pay for it.

I dont have good skin yet because of scarring but I did clear up my chronic bad skin without accutane.

Yes with tretinoin. Tried all sort of stuff before that (healthy diet, creams...), but nothing made a huge difference. After 6 Month of tretinoin (30mg per day), skin was really good. Now after 3 years it's slowly coming back. Proablably will do it again.

you can but not with over the counter shit

get a tretinoin prescription. Simple routine of cleanser, moisturizer and tret should fix your skin

the biggest change to my skin quality comes from being lower bodyfat, I have way more impurities once I get past like 15%.

I undoubtedly have the worse skin here

Spent around $10,000 the past year improving it. Maybe a 25% improvement

Really? I’ve been scrambling around all day trying to find Accutane online to no success. How did you do it?

My skin was always ok but tretinoin and ghkcu topical have improved it a little.

Still a ton of room for improvement, not sure what next

Benzoyl Peroxide worked for me. You just have to be careful to not dry yourself out.

Yes, with Accutane.

Yes with accutane and laser acne scarring removal.

I have a few benign acne scars but you'd have to come really close to see, my complexion is fine. I used to have hyperpigmetation on skin

yes. before tret i had huge fucking pimples and nasty grainy dirty looking skin. my face was in pain all the time. i specifically recall in class one time, one of my chin pimples popped and some of the pus splattered next to a girl's arm; fortunately it didnt hit her. i dont use tret anymore, i microneedle weekly/biweekly and avoid caffeine.

now im lazy with my skincare routine, only washing in the morning and just making sure i put on sunscreen 100% of the time. i dont break out often, and when i do its not detrimental to my looks because my skin looks so healthy. some people online asked if i wear makeup once :feelsgood::feelsgood:. biggest difference was 100% collagen, 2nd to that was sleep.

Tret really helped me but I still have the occasional pimple and my overall skin quality aint great. Most of that is due to scars tho atleast I believe.

Yes, with Accutane.
Can’t get Accutane because of liver issues. Trying

nice thanks. Do you think Tret is why your collagen is good now?
