Youll need some sort of external device to push it outwards - braces can interlock between the two jaws - but not push both outside - unless you have some sort of face pulling device

No I haven't seen any proven results. sandmaxxed on instagram claims to have gotten results

just get a palate expander, it was one of the best purchases ive made. i actually bought two different custom ones and i wear this one i have as a retainer at night, to keep my palate wide, because i always forget to mew.

i got two from bracesshop, they send the mold kit, you mold it to your top jaw, then send the mold and they mae the xpander to fit your palate.
