Has anyone actually tried Pneumo's teeth whitening method?

I have been able to find a reliable website to source high concentrations of h2o2 (hydrogen peroxide). But before I try i want to hear other peoples experiences and results if they have tried it. From what I've heard online it seems pretty risky . You can all argue how 'white teeth are mostly cope' but I feel it provides a better benefit mentally than physically in most cases. I've tried high percentage h2o2 whitening strips and even though my teeth haven't had an extreme increase in brightness, I have still noticed a difference and its increased my confidence dramatically.
