Has anyone created their own surgical plans?

Including 3D animations for implants and implant design

Including movement mapping for osteotomies like BiMax?

Did your surgeon listen? Who were they? Was it an aesthetically superior result to what is usually achieved by them? How long did it take you to understand how to plan your own surgeries in hours?

I told the surgeon my surgical plans by words without showing my morphs and animations.

showing the gifs with bimax advancement and nose augmentation I desire would have been effective, but I would have end edup seeming a "know it all"

I only know 2 greycels who are capable of doing this. Everyone else here doesn't even have 10% of the knowledge in planning for cosmetic reasons that maxfacs have, even the "high iq" users.

I see.

Have you attempted something like this?

If so, did you stop at some point because there was some obstacle. What was that obstacle?

I talked to my parents about surgeries

No, I wouldn't even attempt to do it. You can add some input and collaborate with the surgeon but nobody in the right mind would just hand the surgeon a plan and tell him to do that for him.

Can you refer me to the greycels that attempted planning themselves?

I did, for bimax you need to go to a doctor who understand facial asthethic and Ante face.

They left the forum just like every other actual looksmaxxer. The only people left are normies with BDD who don't need and will never get surgeries.

Are your an engineer or skilled in CAD? It’s steep learning curve most surgeons don’t even bother learning it themselves they get an engineer from 3D systems.

Knowledge stopping at aesthetics isn’t enough to plan jaw surgery.

Youre not able to do it yourself unless you already have a long background in it. If not it’s no where near worth it. It would be like changing your career just to plan your surgery yourself (and it would be the first and last surgery you plan so it would be very amateur and not even good.)

Just give the aesthetic input to the surgeon. You can ask questions and speak plainly about your concerns with a plan.

No the key is you mold your own implants with clay. That’s what I’m doing.

Over for archaic moulage kits or using hobby grade software like blender. Sculpting based implant design is almost always a bad result.

No. over for using the fucking 3D geek at implantech who doesn’t know a thing about your soft tissue.

Also, the fact that you think blender is just hobby grade already invalidates all of your opinion lol

Prove wrong? Show design?
Prove that blender isn’t just a hobby software? Just go on YouTube. Blender is an EXTREMELY powerful software. But I don’t use blender I’m too retarded to learn that shit , I’m a simple man, I craft my implants with clay, then scan them.

Okay. You could atleast get symmetry by mirroring the STL in a simple software. You’ll never get symmetry by making 2 separate sides by hand.

I tried blender in the beginning I know what it is. It was way too time consuming for a subpar ending I hade to buy multiple professional softwares.

That’s exactly what I do. I make one side, then mirror the stl. Luckily I can do this cuz I’m completely symmetrical
