Has anyone done a self procedure on getting rid of fat underneath nose?

Old photo don’t mind the long hair but has anyone ever cut away of own flesh? I want to get rhino to realign my nose however I’ve been debating of getting a scalpel and cutting away at the tip of my nose to get rid of all the fat. Would it heal properly and would the bump go away if I were to cut it off? I’m talking about the circle part.
