I have disgusting under eyes so i have nothing to lose all i can do is do as much research as possible and try to get the right design my self lol

Haha yes same, when are you gonna do it ? I mean I feel like the best part is just to get more bone mass I that area. If you really lack I don't see it getting worse at least. Then doing to much if you have little from the beginning is probably not good option

I have some options idk yet , but i'll have to work with surgeon to see what's phisycally possible and merge my knowledge with it . Hopefully he will tell me at least which effect the modifies will have but i doubt so or he'll probably larp at some point just to get the money

Yes sounds good, I will have to design mine soon. I will need some anterior projection for sure, and some saddle to get less schleral show hopefully. Then I will try to add some width by extending the ogee curve right by the eye and stretch the skin some hopefully without making it to obv

the forward projection of the orbital rim part was 7mm
The saddle was 5mm of vertical height
The implant had a good lateral rim augmentation
The checkbone was augmented only in the anterior projection, not in the width, I didn’t need width

I also got decent width, my byzygoma is like 15 cm. But yes my midface is recessed. I am bit scared because I have a rather narrow palate and my paranasal area is somewhat recessed aswell. I don't know how the implant will complement this. I will move the lefort area at the same time

Important but not super important
For me it was a vital surgery because I am a subhuman with a 15cm wrist, so having an harmonious face is the bare minimum for me

This was for revision, so IIRC it was a few mm setback for correction of chimp lip. The initial movement was 10mm, so roundabout way of saying ~7mm. Don't think I needed infras, tbh. It was proposed to balance the face pre-surgery.
