Ever had that moment where it feels like your heart literally sinks?

Like your chest suddenly feels hollow almost as if all the air and warmth just left your body when you see something that breaks your soul?

I have had a handful of these moments during bad interactions with my old itis.

I'm wondering if anybody else went through the same or is it just me.

I remember in the beginning of the year, I went into credit card debt to start day trading, I passed a funded account with the last of my money, and was so happy.

But the moment I blew the account due to tilting, my heart sank so fucking fast, like it was easily the most devastating loss I ever experienced. I wouldn't wish that pain on my worst enemy, it felt like all hope just left my body and I couldn't do anything about my circumstance anymore, it's what "it's over" truly feels like.
