with hairsystem/transplant and bimax i would go from htn to chadlite+

literally only flaws are recessed midface and hairloss. the worst 2 flaws possible face wise (okay maybe its bad ipd)

And yes tbh cos my eyebrows are filled in now and my rhino has healed further so it doesn’t have that annoying nostril show from the front anymore

I never claimed I was a chadlite but imo- I am closer to chadlite than I am MTN

I hope to reach chadlite by end of 2023

Bimax is best surgery for looks easily so if some HTN pretty boy where maybe his jaw was lacking could ascend to chadlite but they arent the type to get surgeries they already have chadlite smv tp girls (if they have certain look)
