Has anyone ever tried blackpilling there irl friends

Have quite a few friends that live a pretty dreadful life, most of them or either very short or just subhuman. I would never tell them that they are depressed because they have shit bone structure or there femur is not long enough but has anyone ever tried? These are some of the few people that accepted me before I became much better looking and taller. I honestly believe that surgery would be life changing for a few of them.
