Everyones all about improving eye area but when it comes down to it there's no one doing the right shit.
I'll let a JSF user explain why orbital floor implants might be the answer, especially if you have deep set eyes that look small or beady.
"Multiple studies have confirmed that eyeball size is relatively constant amongst humans - although obviously this may not account for outliers. However factors such as orbital box dimensions, positioning of the orbital box inside the head, development of exterior orbital rim structures, eyelid and canthal positioning, and the positioning of the eyeball within the eye socket together accounts for most of perceived 'eye size'."
There's another user on JSF who was offered orbital floor implants with the guarantee that his eyes would look bigger after getting them.
It wouldn't be a perfect solution but it would facilitate future eye surgeries & make them much more effective as there would be more 'eye' to work with.
I'll briefly explain two common caveats with eye surgery & leave you all to draw your own conclusions about how orbital floor implants could help.
NCT/ Schleral show correction: Can often times make the eyes look too small, definitely a downside unless you wanna look like my boy hannibal
Lateral canthoplasty/ horizontal lengthening: At best only a small increase in PFL is possible, at worst you get the conjunctiva (red bit) of the eye showing
tldr: fuck you
sorry hannibal
