Who told you all that? I'm not low bf, my zygos are ok not super projected. My jaw is square and developed, my buccinators are not atrophied. I just have big fat pads around my cheeks, when I make a duck face I look better. Bichat fat pads cannot be destroyed by just leanmaxxing, they are hidden.

I wanted to know if this surgery was gonna make me look older or if it's cope.

wdym who told you that, that's the thought process you have to go thru before even considering it, if u have all this like Barrett and still want even more definition then get it, that's when it'll have the most impact

It's gonna make u look more gaunt

if it's gonna actually age you slightly faster, yes because the fat pad is support, it also acts as cushion for when u do facial movements with some slidings like chewing, smiling, etc

But u're not Barrett, get ur shit to barrett tier firs, everyone has that with duck face
