My smile helps my lack of under eye support but also pulls the cheeks out, making me look more fat. The buccal fat pad is the main problem.

buccal fat removal is extremely easy but impossible to do on your own

i reckon a med student could pull it off relatively well, might leave bad scarring but who cares not like most people see into your mouth
