now i just gave up and will do my jaw surgery with a great doctor from Lithuania, currently in the process of planning and its looking great, we will be doing segmental lefort 1, bsso with ramus widening and mini chin wing, and am-titanium jaw angle implants all with custom plates and guides from KLS Martin ( a german implant company ) they arent gonna be cheap, but they are good quality

Update: Consulted with him on Halloween day. It went pretty well he gave me the run down of my situation what I required (Bimax) and implants that could improve my face. Showed me his results from other patients which were really good definitely saw some massive improvement from his results. Pretty amazed by his techniques and understanding of his implant methods. Definitely getting surgery with him later down the line.
So in total took like about a month to consult with him.

useless shitty surgeries the dude is an implant designer and will forward you to the surgeons he worked with otherwise he's not some one I'd go to

He actually performed over 25 surgeries with Celal and several other with Burak. Giants is insanely busy and has over 40+ surgery lined up with Celal. Success rate is very high and he only had one bacterial complication a patient from Romania which they quickly fixed. He has been working with Celal over 2.5 years. He builds his implants in US then source it from France. In order to connect giants you should connect Dr Celal's assistant Dr Serdar who is in charge of all giants operations
