Isn't mewing a preventative measure? It ensures that you develop correctly, however I don't beleive it can reverse any malformations only prevent them from forming during childhood and early teens. I have read before that if you have an asymetrical ethmoid bone that mewing will cause further asymetries in the face. guy with rotated ethmoid bone worsened through mewing

stupid retards who think it works. mewing itself doesnt do shit. it prevents from mouth breathing. but you can breath through you nose while not mewing. mewing biggest cope. you may look better while mewing but it wont change your facial structure over time
