only that saiyan guy from lookism ig but he had like really good base for that. Even he got comments that he looked uncanny. Shits really risky tbh

he only got zygos not lip lift. Lip lift is only good for thin lips i feel not for actual philtrum decrease cuz of scars

my upper lip is extremely thin so It makes a lot of sense to get lip lift in case bimax doesn’t improve it already. seems like a less risky fix than zygo implants tbh

no def wait after the bimax cuz it gives illusion of compacter face but it wont change actual ratios so see if that helps and then get lip lift obviously if ur not satisfied. Would only recommend zygos if ur esr can take it and u have no popping cheekbones and narrow af

Yep. That’s what I plan on doing
My esr is 0.49. My IPD is great but zygos are not nearly as wide as they should be for my face, and if I increased their size, then I would need to increase jaw width too. and this can be a problem in itself since my neck is not really big for a bigger jaw at the moment, gotta neckmaxx for a few more years until then.
