Has anyone here tried melatonin megadose?

I tried 5-20mg for melatonin before and found it not too great.

Found a good supplier from china who does extremely good prices, and want to try 100-200mg to see how it effects me, as there’s a host of health and antioxidant benefits aswell

Wondering if anyone here tried it and how experience was?

I haven't tried it but wanted have been wanting to. I take a low does of melatonin 1-3mg most nights.

The main reason I've been hesitant apart from the cost was a podcast where Dr Jack Kruse, he briefly said off topic during the podcast it damages something to do with the eye, although I haven't been to find evidence of this anywhere else. I often take what he says with a grain of salt but he does seem to be knowledgeable about sleep information.

Btw could you pm the supplier? I was going to try this myself but when I went to buy from the supplier the Chinese government raided them or something and since then they've been radio silent.

No need for me to gatekeep. Xian Pincredit Biotech, they only sell supplements, and seem to genuinely be legit.

As for Jack Kruse i don’t trust him as far as I can throw him as he’s in with the Rogan, Huberman, RFK, Facebook mum science crowd

Interesting. Ive kinda given up with the whole natural bonegrowth ascension bs so i dont really care, Im 21 and have been running high test high GH for a while now with no face changes, surgery is the only non cope thing so thats what im saving for.
