This is my first thread so bear with me if it's formatted terribly. I came to this board for two reasons, tear trough in under eye area and a low hyoid/slight double chin. They have both been resolved through persistent research and experimentation through a combo of what I found on this board...

are fat grafts legit? i've seen some good results but also some really bad ones where the fat dies and shit and looks even worse than before

lifestyle after the procedure plays a big role. In the 2 following months if you smoke or drink alcohol or lose weight then grafter fat does not survive

You can do fat grafting where you want, my recommendation is that you have an appointment with a surgeon who advertises the procedure.

yep im from the US
i think im going to try volufiline for a month or two and see if it works or if it's completely cope
if the results aren't that good im getting fat grafts

Yep, I've been using it for the past few months on my under eye and upper but I haven't really noticed any improvement in fat.
