I'm just depressed since I lost 20 pounds of muscle in the last couple years tbh.

My 8ish month natty transformation.

I could’ve made a lotttt more progress than I did too. I was not as consistent as I should’ve been at times and so I’d stagnate. I really think I could’ve achieved that in 5 months of fully dedicated lifting.

i looked really good towards the end of high school and had only been lifting for about a year or two at that time. Definitely helped me with getting girls. I was way more confident when I had gained noticeable muscle mass. I fucked 4 diff girls from my high school and 2 of them were long term

It did and it continues to for me but sure.
You are just a delusional man. If you get get girls gymceling you can get them without gymceling.

absolutely did not help with girls

only deadlift went up that much, squat improved a bit, bench was still crap after a year as did not eat enough. only just now getting decent at upper body stuff after 2 years.

No, I mean, why lift natty when you can blast roids for 4 months and get as big as you would've in 3 years?

Because losing hair, aging your face, and permanently screwing up your hormones isn’t worth it. You can still look great natty without close to 3 years of lifting.

Unless you’re actually trying to compete I don’t see why people here would consider roiding.

Lol @ this cope

Lifts?

Mirin

How much muscle mass have you put on?

Mirin your progress hard, props man
I was ~142 pounds in the before pic. Around 160 now. So I’d guess like 15 pounds of that is muscle. Ideally I want to be 170-175. I need more mass on my arms/shoulders and especially my legs.

I don’t max because I don’t have a lifting partner at my gym but my 5x5s are:

Bench: 215
Squats: 200
Deadlift: 245

My legs/glutes are weak compared to my upper body. This is why I said I wasn’t as consistent as I should’ve been over the past 8 months. I’ve skipped my fair share of leg days but no more.

What’s cope about what I said though. Why ruin your face and hair when you can make great progress doing it naturally?

Mirin hard. I’ve technically started going to the gym over 2 years ago but I never really did anything. I was too high inhib to actually lift weights. I just used the treadmill most of the time and I took like 5 month breaks.
I was really getting into it before quarantine. Now luckily I have some dumbbells, a barbell and a pull up bar at home so I’m using that for the time being.
Sad to think about all the time I wasted. Oh well. I’m 19 now so hopefully I can get a good body in college.

Did you do bulk and cut cycles or slow lean bulk

How is he coping? You’re just mad you don’t have the genetics/natural hormonal profile / and/or dedication to get a good physique.

Slow lean bulk. That’s the way to go when natty imo. Though if summer comes around and I think I’m a little less lean than I’d like to be, maybe I’ll cut a few pounds.

I'm 18 and dunking on a 10 feet hoop at 6’1 while having 275 lbs bench and 375 lbs squat at 176 lbs body weight

My genetics must be really bad. And no I haven't done any steroid cycle yet because I'm too young for it

similar strength level as me tbh. i can incline bench 275 and get comments on my physique literally constantly, in fact i have been asked whether i take steroids twice now. so why would i think about taking steroids when this is possible naturally? i’m not trying to step on stage at a competition i just want to look good, feel good and be healthy

What were your starting Numbers?

5x5 stats:

Bench: 130 -> 215
Squat: 115 -> 200
Deadlift: 165 -> 245

Again though I can’t stress enough how much I skipped leg day. My numbers for those would be a lot higher if I was more consistent.

Amazing progress.
What was the program you were following?

What was the program you were following?
Nothing specific. Day 1: Legs/shoulders. Day 2: Chest/triceps. Day 3: Biceps/back. Day 4: Off day (boxing). Then repeat. And a little bit of core work every now and then at the end of the workout.

Barbell squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, shrugs, dips, and pullups are crucial. From there just throw in a lot of good exercises to supplement. Don’t do machines because they’re mostly a waste of time.

You can make a ton of progress in a year. Don't worry about the time limit.

Have good full body workouts 3 or 4 times a week and do cardio every once a while. Have a good diet. Eat enough and eat healthy. You can eat junk food once a week or twice but not more than that. Sleep and drink enough water. You will have swift gains then.

Reminder that natty lifting is a joke
