I could’ve made a lotttt more progress than I did too. I was not as consistent as I should’ve been at times and so I’d stagnate. I really think I could’ve achieved that in 5 months of fully dedicated lifting.looks natty as well

I was ~142 pounds in the before pic. Around 160 now. So I’d guess like 15 pounds of that is muscle. Ideally I want to be 170-175. I need more mass on my arms/shoulders and especially my legs.Mirin

19 is more than young enoughMirin hard. I’ve technically started going to the gym over 2 years ago but I never really did anything. I was too high inhib to actually lift weights. I just used the treadmill most of the time and I took like 5 month breaks.
I was really getting into it before quarantine. Now luckily I have some dumbbells, a barbell and a pull up bar at home so I’m using that for the time being.
Sad to think about all the time I wasted. Oh well. I’m 19 now so hopefully I can get a good body in college.

My genetics must be really bad. And no I haven't done any steroid cycle yet because I'm too young for it

Bench: 215
Squats: 200
Deadlift: 245
My legs/glutes are weak compared to my upper body. This is why I said I wasn’t as consistent as I should’ve been over the past 8 months. I’ve skipped my fair share of leg days but no more.
What’s cope about what I said though. Why ruin your face and hair when you can make great progress doing it naturally?

Again though I can’t stress enough how much I skipped leg day. My numbers for those would be a lot higher if I was more consistent.
Nothing specific. Day 1: Legs/shoulders. Day 2: Chest/triceps. Day 3: Biceps/back. Day 4: Off day (boxing). Then repeat. And a little bit of core work every now and then at the end of the workout.Amazing progress.
