Has anyone on here actually had good results with DNP?

For context I’m about 10-12% bf with leg veins, and ab veins but judging off my face alone you would think I’m more like 15-20% cause I store so much fat in my face.

I’ve taken DNP once before for 13 days on 250mg while doing a very aggressive cut and got leaner but not to the crazy degree that everyone is talking about on here. I was very bloated for about 2 after and had to take lasix to get rid of all of it.

So idk if the fat loss was just from the fact that I did such an aggressive cut and the DNP didn’t make that much of a difference.

LMK IF any users on here experienced anything similar or have any advice, or if I did something wrong. I think part of the reason I was bloated was because I wasn’t drinking enough water.

Also I know this shit wasn’t bunk as many people on here use the same source and I noticed the typical DNP sides

Before anyone comments about crash dieting or losing muscle, DNP is muscle sparing, I had an event coming up so I wanted to get lean ASAP, and people do aggressive cuts all the time in the bodybuilding world with lots of success
 
ive used up 50 grams of dnp in total, its shitty and not worth it,

not only do you feel and look like shit on it, but its not that good for getting lean.
sure its good for fatasses who need to lose a lot of weight quickly but it becomes less effective it seems the leaner you get, and it makes you so fucking hungry that you can easily outeat it.

just my experience with it. glp1 agonists like tirzepatide or retatutride are better for us looksmaxxers

from what ive seen and my own experience, its really good for people who are like 20% plus bf, its okay for people around 15% but bellow that it isn't great

Yeah, I usually don’t have a problem with my appetite during a cut so I usually look for purely fat burning substance, and all the GLP-1 agonists are pricey too so I’m looking into getting prescribed adderall

That’s interesting, people on here talk about eating like 5k calories while burning 1lb of fat a day and there’s no way that’s true

no im literally telling you the dnp will make you wanna eat your fucking whole house.
i know a tirzepatide source 100mg for 150usd

in theory that could be true but its really unlikely, dnp per 100mg increases ur expenditure by like 12% so if they ran like 600mg and did a lot of cardio maybe thats possible but unrealistic they did all of that.
