It would depend on phenotype not skin color. Negroid feature’s would look worse after skin bleach. But dark skin =/= negroid features in some cases. Some dark skins would benefit from skin bleaching and some mullatos would lose SMV if they bleached too white.

Skin bleaching is an underrated looksmax for dark skins like us tbh. But it would only make sense to go from like dark brown to a lighter color brown though. Micheal Jackson looked terrible after he bleached his skin almost white, and looked better when dark.
