looking into hard no fap for dopamine reset, selank and semax + cerebrolysin while on no fap to calm down and shit, bpc and tb, and THEN the important HALO = capsaicin cream. Starting at 0.1% and progressing till 0.5% (should be theoretically done forever). Apply everywhere (especially frenulum) but avoid the top part of the tip (still apply to glans) and stay 0.5 inch if not FURTHER away from your base cuz it technically might fuck with erection if you go down that low

I'm not an expert on this, Cialis and PT 141 would be my reccomendaiton for maintaining errection and arrousal but idk about preventing ejcatultion.

Cialis should be avoided. Way too much anecdotal reports on PDE5 receptor adaptation and tolerance to the drug has been noted. If you need PT 141 for libido, something's wrong with your hormonal profile or your mental. If you force it, you'll worsen it.

Idk dude honestly if it works, it works. My issue is longevity. I look at a lot of guys who were PRAISING shit like this, and 5 years later, they have ED. Is this evidence? No, not really. Should it be noted? Honestly, yeah
