Has anyone tried chin tucking for atleast an hour , for like a month, atleast?

Nothing i can surely say, but i wanted to know whether any person had his level of determination, like it must be appreciated lol, i cannot think anyone doing that for hours perday for 2 years , also as per ny experience it fixes skull recession, remember i said skull

How exactly, if anything it would make you look more recessed, a quick search online tells me it's usually done to correct neck problems...

I do chin tuck 24/7 but not all way in, just enough for results
