Idk, it seems pretty unlikely to actually work and maintain its look. I’m esp speculative cos the actual surgery that’s meant to achieve this (commisuroplasty) often has underwhelming results anyway

I suppose that could work to some degree if you already have a not-super-wide palette (i dont )
