Energy drinks are way too acidic. I used to drink them daily, now I prefer coffee or just put some caffeine powder in my drinks when I need a little boost. Wouldn't recommend drinking them daily. Also synthetic B6 and other stuff they usually put in them is not exactly healthy in the long term.

They are just imitating animal blood with the taurine thats why its addictive

But quitting is too much stress I would have higher testosterone if I kept drinking
