implants are cope if your bones aren’t where you want imo no use getting them if you can fix the bone
Implants are cheaper and the process isn't as complicated, you don't have to break bones. But if your bone isn't where you'd like it to be, then implants wouldn't do it, but if you have to choose, implants are better.

Just don't get chin osteotomy if it isn't necessary. If your chin already has good vertical growth and you just want to move it a bit forward, always choose implants. Now, if your chin does not already have a good vertical growth, only then you should choose chin osteotomy as implants can't make a chin taller.
Ah ok thanks for the advice my chin is recessed but it’s not short so I’ll go with implants, I have a v line jaw so my chin is narrow should I go for a more square look or keep the pretty boy jawline?
You can DM me pics if you want to. To make your jaw look more square-like you should get jaw implants and that’s a different thing, chin implants don’t correlate with that.
