Rn I’m at about 20% bodyfat I think I still have a fair amount of cheek fat and I’m 21 now

All my cheek fat seems to be there that’s why I don’t have hollow cheeks yet even tho my cheekbones are prominent apperantly

It could be maxilla related, if you smile to much, but having these folds is natural. You are at 20% body fat, could also play a factor. So?

Yeah, they aren’t that noticeable. It may also have to do of how you eat/chew the food.
Your maxilla seems fine from the previous pictures you sent, can’t be maxilla related if I had to bet tbh
