Has my facial asymmetry gotten worse from doing neck stretching?

I've been stretching the tight side of my neck for 3 weeks or so, saw a lot of people saying that it is a good practice to even out the jaw area. I've had slight asymmetry in my face, my right side was dominant, nothing really big, but noticeable when inverting a photo. Nobody really gave clear instructions on which side to stretch, everyone just said "Stretch the tighter side" - so I did, it was my weaker 'droopy' left side.

Now I feel like my left side became even lower, and my facial asymmetry has gotten even worse from doing it? I think my nose is now more tilted towards the left side, and my eyes are now more asymmetrical than they were before.

I don't understand if this is just the game of light/angle or did I really fuck myself up from doing neck stretches 1-3x per day for like 3 weeks???
Please help me I'm obsessing over this shit for like 4 hours :(((

I am sorry but neck stretches don't give you any asymmetries in ur skull.

could be a developed or increased malocclusion. get yo teeth checked

Neck stretches don't do anything to the shape of your skull brother. I think you are just paranoid.

I just don't get it, I didn't do anything out of the order for the past month except for this shit... Maybe I'm just obsessing over it too much and this is just angles. Well thanks for clearing out my concerns anyways.

Angles and it also depends on how far you took the pic, ur esr is fine non the less.

My only decent feature in my entire face probably, positive tilted eyes, decently thick eyebrows, low/none upper eyelid exposure. 25% korean genes ffs.
I'm planning on some minoxidil to make the eyebrows thicker, still doing my researchon this though. Thinking on making them longer too like here -
What do you think?

Your eyes are decent, don't overthink over some psl retarded stuff, all you need is appeal rather than psl
