I've been stretching the tight side of my neck for 3 weeks or so, saw a lot of people saying that it is a good practice to even out the jaw area. I've had slight asymmetry in my face, my right side was dominant, nothing really big, but noticeable when inverting a photo. Nobody really gave clear instructions on which side to stretch, everyone just said "Stretch the tighter side" - so I did, it was my weaker 'droopy' left side.
Now I feel like my left side became even lower, and my facial asymmetry has gotten even worse from doing it? I think my nose is now more tilted towards the left side, and my eyes are now more asymmetrical than they were before.

I don't understand if this is just the game of light/angle or did I really fuck myself up from doing neck stretches 1-3x per day for like 3 weeks???
Please help me I'm obsessing over this shit for like 4 hours
