DNP if you need extremely fast results, consistent 500-850 below calorie would be good for long-term and good results. Remember this, you have to be hungry.

DNP doesn't rebound but anything that would suppress appetite would rebound such as amphetamine.

How long does it take to do 10k steps

1 hour if you want to do it in one session if not just walk all day to do everything you need to do
So just walk on the treadmill for an hour? An hour on the elliptical burns more calories

yohimbine
clen
ECA stack
Are the only fat burners I recommend. Caffeine to help with NEAT.
Eat 500 calls below maintenance, once plateued increase cardio or steps daily. Obviously make sure you are resistance training to avoid catabolism. 1g of protein per lb, 0.3g of fat per lb and remaining calories from carbs. Easy. Should lose 1lb a week without the fat burners by just being in a 500cal deficit. 12-16 weeks of dieting would be optimal.

nope defintely aint cope
It's a different mechanism of stimulation than typical stims. It's an alpha antagonist, so it actually blocks the alpha-2 adrenergic receptors. But doing this causes a sympathetic response that can increase the release of norepinephrine, which is the main stimulatory neurotransmitter. Because of how it all works, it feels more wonky than a standard stim and not everyone likes the feeling at all as it can sort of show the more unwanted simulatory side effects stronger, like blood pressure and things like cold sweats

So does it only work with fasted cardio?

don't do that shit bro

Absolutely *do not* cut that low. Depending on your weight, eat 300-600 below maintenance, along with 30mins cardio/day (swimming ideally), and you'll be good.

If you crash diet your hormones will be fucked, trust me. Maximize testosterone, eat a lot of protein, and train enough and you will see results.

That sounds like pure hell.

I used to eat around 1200 kcals. I lost like 15kg in like 2 months.

I didnt really have any issues once you get used to it your body stops feeling hungry, and as long as you slowly introduce food back when you want to stop dieting you wont rebound.

Clenbuterol is illegal isn't it? To answer OP, i've tried going on a 1k cal diet, and i literally felt like i was dying. Never felt like that in my entire life, literally depleted, i felt so bad i couldn't even get hard.

I’ve been on 1100 calories for 2 months and lost little to no strength
