So like i would like to start a tiktok channel and posting content on it but i would like to know like putting hashtag on tiktok video does really something ? and i heard that for no being like "shadowban", you shouldn't directly upload a video after creating the account but you should like using tiktok with the account like an average user for like one day then you can start to post content, is this real ?
