Yeah, I've gotten some.
A consult is just a consult, nothing more, nothing less.

And usually you have an initial consult where your surgeon will ask you what bothers you and what you want changed and based on that they'll explain what they can do and what options there are. What you do with that information and what you want to do after that is up to you.

If the options they provided you with work for you, you make another appointment and you start making a plan with your surgeon.
