Have any of you's tried fasting before and was it worth it?

unironically i was in my prime when i used to fast every day by accident.
I went to qatar for the world cup and was staying in dubai so i had to take what’s known as “match day flights”. My day was like this:

Wake up at 2pm
Go to the gym (sometimes)
Eat a small tuna sandwich or some shit like that in the airport
Take a flight to qatar
Watch the match while i jump a lot so i burn calories unironically (im from argentina)
Eat some shit in the stadium (<750 calories)
Take flight to dubai at 2am
Get home and sleep

And when no matches were played in qatar, i woke up after lunch also and do some touristic shit like a sand dunes tour and have dinner in a fancy restaurant but no lunch. And i feel like i also burnt calories by doing these types of activities, hard to explain, but going out and not rotting made me more healthy in general, like it fixed my serotonin receptors somehow for that time period. Unironically remove lunch and breakfast from your diet and you’ll cut like crazy. I reached 68kg at 5’11. 6 months later I was at 85kg (i fell for the bulking meme). Now im at 78kg, leaner, but not remotely close to my prime. My face looks much different. I also lost all my gains cause i went to peru for 3 months and did ayahuasca like 5 times (dont do it)

It's not worth it, you're just gonna regain everything back
 
Yes its worth it. Just eat low carb and low calorie afterwards as you are very insulin sensitive afterwards.
 
Im lazy to cook plus empty stomach feels good
 
Im doing one meal a day , if you have enough nutrients while fasting feels good otherwise you'll feel like death
