I don't think fat would've saved him, his issue was not something like a step-off in tear trough or visible edges. In his case you could literally see almost the entire border of the implant on his cheek when he made certain facial movements. Just a bad implant or placement, off the shelf silicone lol

many giant patients had to get lifts after their implants caused sagging.

i believe that high levels of projection + intra oral approach can cause this

and this of course involves recruiting fat tissue to drape over naturally

The entire implant is bulging out visibly, no fat grafting will save him

In other videos he also says he can't take the implants out because it's risky to the nerves which is very strange idk who told him that, removing silicone infras is easy af
