What rating would you give me? One for physique and one for face. Just turned 18

For 18 you actually look very mature. I would think you are like 20 or smth.

For the physique I would give you a 7/10 and for face 6.5 / 10.

I think you could try to grow out the hair a bit so it hides your forehead.

But overall, you are a good looking person.
