true but fr tho, you could get to an arm size bigger than Brad Pitt's staying around the same bf% by on working harder on triceps (bench press) and forearms + inner bicep (chinups, reverse curls). 500 calorie surplus with 2g/kg protein intake would also help greatly

That’s a good physique. Arms, especially forearms could use some mass though. It’d give some added vascularity too

You should hop on MT2 to get a nice skin shade

I can relate a lot, most of my strength gains go to my deadlift and nowhere else. What's worked for me to get better hypertrophy is going to failure on certain points 2x a week with a lot of high rep, intensity, and volume work. pic below is my Saturday upper-body workout (I do 5/3/1 on the weekdays)

Get a pull up bar and dip station and do pullups+dips. Add weighted pullups/dips when they become easy.

Get a blender and blend eggs, milk, protein power, etc for extra calories to combat low appetite. Can even put oats or some shit in there for calories.

Do it for a year

Amazing Base, begin Roids, HGH, IGF, Insulin, and Clen IMMEDIATELY if you haven’t done so already. Gain like 20-30 lbs of nothing but muscle tissue (might require a few bulk and cut cycles).

Money max to about 1k a week net, six gigs in bank saved, an house with ocean side view, sports car, luxury car, pickup, and a yacht, and if you’re legit 6’ or over (barefoot) then you’re gonna be fucking bitches left and right and they will suicide after you break up with them.

wish i could do this but that would mean being bald in the span of 8 month... i have agressive balding gene and have been on duta+ minox for 10 years. actueally whe i was 20 yo i wanted to roidmaxx... but life sucks sometimes
