Had to drop the surgery ( Surgeon doesn't want to lengthen the midface/maxilla)

I need a REDPILLED Surgeon (PM Me).
I need a surgeon who UNDERSTANDS that Good Looks is a human right, period. Just as much as freedom of speech, or freedom etc.

I was told that one cannot lengthen the maxilla.
But now that I'm doing research I can see that, that's a lie. Why would the surgeon lie to me?
Only one explanation, he doesn't want to do it.
