I have the same jaw length and jaw bone and even chin but for some reason I have some fat surrounding the jaw and on the neck what seems like forward posture. I’ve been working out, I’m already naturally skinny but would love to know if you or anyone knows how I acquire a neck like that lmao.

can you lose fat on the neck from just working out or do you need lipo?

A combination of low BF, high hyoid position due to position and strength of hyoid muscles, large airway and good forward growth of face.

interesting, I have the forward grown face, and when I stand up straight good posture my jaw is good.. but I still have this unusual layer surrounding my jaw that stops it looking good when I’m relaxed, hopefully low BF sorts it. How do you workout Hyoid position?

yes! That’s what I’m on about haha, I just googled. Its the only issue I seem to have, is there a thread discussing this? I’m already pretty skinny but admittedly it was just naturally thin, I didn’t work out or anything, currently working towards being toned so hopefully that removes it, enough I’m presuming neck liposuction?
