Body dismorphia is a joke because you either know you are gl or not.

Idk if this is just me, but I've never ever had any mental issue, or anything related. I've always seemed to be neutral and carefree about stuff.

Yes, I got bipolar because of my midface and narrow skull.

BDD includes not just a perception of nonexistent flaws, but also an excessive fixation on real flaws. It's an easy mindset to adopt when you take all the threads saying things like "if your FWHR is 0.01 less than ideal, you're a truecel and should rope" too close to heart. Mind you, these forums are full of literal children who are extremely impressionable and likely lacking parental guidance.
