A lot. Thanks to my natural testosteronemaxx, I got a big voice crack at 17(before that I sounded estrogenic af), now I'm being memed as an African Warlord from friends and some girls turn submissive when they listen to me.

The best one was in HS when I was with some friends talking and the stacylite that was from or class interrupted me just to say that my voice was deep.

-consistent gymmaxxing
-consistent intake of Ashwhaganda, Ginseng, L-Dopa, Vitamin D+K combined, Vitamin E, recently Carnitine(Btw, it's good af for DHT levels, BUT depends if you have hair loss gene or not, have experienced hairline maturing i.e hairline became more squarish then round, not actual NW increase), L-Arginin(to take in its' full benefits, take it while you do nothing extremly physical), Forskohli, Horny Goat Weed.
-eat less(not completely avoiding it) foods containing Soy Lecithin. I don't consume pure Soy, Soy Protein etc.
-DIDN'T EAT any Licorice, Flax Seeds, minty foods and drinks and most importantly I don't drink any canned sugary drinks since they have lots of potent xenoestrogens
-light alcohol consumption, cuz it made me more low inhib.
-mentalmaxxing cuz being clinically depressed can fuck up T-levels

Benefits from that: My eyebrows became lower set, hairline maturing, some facial hair, deep af voice then before at 17.
