The question is quite complex. Though universally I agree, it is somewhat irresponsible to explicitly state that one is more or less "smarter" without deep analysis, as "smartness" is commonly subjective and not independent to many variables. For example, an educated women or men in the schoolforce are commonly seen as more verbal and socially intelligent than the working class, yet sometimes lack common sense and individuality. This to another, may actually be seen as dumb traits. Circumstances matter in all cases. Id say, what masculinity lacks, femininity generally makes up for to make complete. This is why id say the situation is complex. I wrote a thread explaining in more detail the nature of genders in todays time, but to sum it up, even if we were to pin it down to gender, i also think we would see subjective differences, as most distinct individual traits from the genders also lie in hormones. For example, men are generally prepositioned to being strongly morally and mentally precise, while women are historically known to thrive in micros such as social warfare. etc. One may not be predispositioned to world building, yet thrives in other positions. Id say we see this today. We can see how naturally women and fem minded men (soys) are groomed and used to order by the ruling class. The micro behaviors that are not saturatedly masculine, thrive. And we can observe this with similarities of people who succeed and hold power today. We also live in a world today where making large amounts of money, or becoming famous by any means makes you smart. As to many people, there's nothing better to an animal than having the things money and fame can provide in this type of society. Yet, they are some who hold contrary beliefs and cling to their mental and moral precision and call those people who chase for those things dumb! They are many who also see that computing power of the mind, and invention is the major sign of intelligence. Some say there is nothing smarter than being faithful to gods word. So my point is, smartness is based on perspective. Though, they are definitely "good" and "bads", yes and no's, fact and fictions, and most certainly a "fruit" to every action as well. but when it comes to this particular subject, honestly, i find the question loaded. Its hard to give a definitely answer when the topic/subject is "smarter" and "stronger".
