This is an interesting observation I made some time ago, and I wonder how many of you have seen the same thing.
I usually train relatively early in the evening but occasionally, I train much later at like 11 PM, all the way up to 1 AM at times.
And the one thing that struck me was that early in the evening/normal times, there will always be plenty of women in the gym but there are literally NO women at 1 AM in the gym, only men.
Brutal how men are far more dedicated and work an awful lot harder in the gym than women do but get far less in return since they usually have to resort to taking roids to get the same amount of body halo as a woman who does a couple of sets of squats every week, jfl.
