In my middle school there was a guy with a diagnosed schizophrenia. He would say he would hear voices in his head telling him to do things but he was aware that they were not real. He was walking in front of me, thought he was just a normal guy but he suddenly stopped and started talking and gesturing to someone that wasn't there, i looked at him because i thought it was funny and he whipped his head very fast and fixed his gaze on me with bulging eyes to look back
Lowkey kinda scared me because he was so unpredictable, he would stop and start talking to the non existent people at any random interval
